Fiber One 80 Calories Review & Prize Pack Giveaway!!!!

Are you trying to maintain a diet yet before lunch time you are starving? Fiber One has come out with a new 80 Calories cereal that I have had the pleasure of being able to sample. I was sent Fiber One 80 Calorie Honey Squares, which are lightly sweetened and contain 10 grams of fiber with each serving! That's 40% of the recommended daily value. If you are not familiar with the benefits of fiber, it leaves you feeling fuller for a longer period of time and also helps with digestion. What is my impression of the cereal? I liked the honey flavor, as I am not a big fan of sugary cereals. It has a great taste and even my children like it. I did notice that on the days that I ate it, I stayed full for a longer period of time. I will be purchasing this product in the future, as this one was provided to me to review, mainly because its very satisfying and taste good for only 80 calories.

  44. I usually eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast--special k, honey bunches of oats, shredded wheat, etc. Usually I am hungry at lunch time, but it's not an unbearable hunger--just a normal hunger!
